💭 How to read this
💰 Ad Spend by portal & year
Enter each portal's total ad spend and ad sales per year from your reports. Saved to the database and used in the P&L Ads column (by year) and the ROAS below.
Optional — upload a portal's raw ads report to preview its detailed metrics (browser-only, not saved). The table above is what feeds the P&L.
📤 Upload an ads report
Pick the portal, then drop the raw export (.xlsx or .csv) exactly as the platform gives it. Parsed in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server.
📊
Drop the ads report here, or click to choose
Any columns are fine — we'll detect spend, clicks, sales, etc. where present
📋 Loaded ad reports
One report per portal. Re-uploading a portal replaces its report.

📊 Profit & Loss
Gross revenue → returns → net, then commission, return commission & shipping, per portal.
📈 Profitability by Collection & SKU
Net revenue − commission − cost of goods (FOB/LDP) − allocated shipping & ads. Click a collection for its SKUs.
📦 Costs come from Data Manager → Landed Cost — set a $/sq ft rate per collection there and LDP flows into this table automatically.

🚚 Add the Shipped Orders export here (it has the Carrier Fee column) and shipping cost is joined onto sales by Order ID and shown per channel in the P&L. ShipStation Shipped Items exports are also accepted directly.
Expected columns (Sheet1)
Date, Customer (or MarketPlace), Item_code, Product, Quantity, Price, TOTAL
🏷️ Price & SKU data

↩️ Upload returns

.xlsx / .csv · column 1 = Order ID · column 2 = Return Reason (optional)
OR PASTE ORDER IDs
One Order ID per line. Add a comma and a reason if you like — e.g. 200013787886652, WRONG ITEM. (A plain comma or space separated list on one line works too.)
Give a $/sq ft rate per collection and each size's FOB = (L × W ÷ 144) × rate is calculated automatically (or upload exact FOB below). Set duty % and packed thickness per type; I then compute CBM/piece = L × W × thickness, Pcs/container = capacity ÷ CBM, Freight = (Container + Inland) ÷ Pcs, and LDP = FOB + Duty + Freight. Edit any rate and hit Recalculate.
FOB from $ / sq ft rate — by collection
FOB per item = (Length × Width ÷ 144) sq ft × the collection's rate. Set a rate and every size in that collection gets an FOB automatically. Uploading an FOB file below overrides these for the rows it contains.
Per-SKU costs override the collection $/sq ft rate for that exact SKU — use this when a specific SKU has a different FOB.
